However, please note that our company has a strict no-refund policy. This means that once your reservation is confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be given for any reason. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and work towards finding an alternate solution, such as rescheduling your reservation for a later date or transferring it to another session. However, please note that any changes or modifications to your reservation are subject to availability. We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience. *Anyone removed from the premises due to a policy violation will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule of training. Also, DCK will enforce a 30-day restriction for services.
