However, please note that our company has a strict no-refund policy. This means that once your reservation is confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be given for any reason. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and work towards finding an alternate solution, such as rescheduling your reservation for a later date or transferring it to another session. However, please note that any changes or modifications to your reservation are subject to availability. We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service.
